These terms apply to our Done-For-You ("DFY") service and sit on top of our main Terms of Service and Subscription Terms.
1. What the service is
The Done-For-You service is a monthly content service from MyCopyPal. Each month we generate and edit your chosen number of LinkedIn posts (up to 20) using the MyCopyPal Content Engine (MyCopyPal), written from the answers you give us during intake. We deliver them to your portal and by email on a set date each month.
2. What you get is what you get
What you see is what you get. That's how we keep our DFY service 70% cheaper than a copywriter. Our team reviews every MyCopyPal-written post and edits them as necessary, but we're unable to offer ad-hoc edit requests. If you'd like to be able to review your posts before they go live, choose not to opt into scheduling.
3. Delivery timing and cohorts
- Posts are delivered monthly on a fixed schedule. You are assigned to one of two delivery cohorts (Cohort A or Cohort B), and we confirm your cohort and dates after you sign up.
- Your first batch is delivered on the next available cohort date after you have completed sign-up and intake. We will tell you the date.
- Each batch is the number of posts you chose (up to 20). Because months do not divide evenly into weeks, your posts are spread across the weeks until your next delivery, so in some months you may receive slightly fewer posts per week (for example four per week instead of five). You always receive your full chosen number of posts each month; the per-week spread may vary.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, reasonably detailed intake answers, and keep them up to date. Thin answers reduce the quality of what we can write.
- Every three months we email you to review your intake answers and update them if anything has changed. Keeping them current helps us keep your content fresh and accurate.
- Review your delivered posts. If you opted into scheduling, see clause 5.
- Performance logging in your portal is optional, but improves what we write over time.
5. Scheduling (included, optional)
- Scheduling is included in the Done-For-You plan. If you opt in, we schedule your posts on your behalf through our scheduling partner (Zernio), at the time of day and in the time zone you choose.
- During setup, you connect your LinkedIn account once through a secure authorisation. We never receive or store your LinkedIn password, or any other social login.
- You are responsible for the content that goes live. With scheduling, posts go live as approved on your chosen schedule. If you want to change a post, log into your portal and edit it before it goes live.
- You must keep your LinkedIn authorisation active, and tell us if you revoke it or your LinkedIn account changes.
6. Billing and invoices
- Done-For-You is invoiced, not charged to a card. We email your invoice to the invoice address you gave us at sign-up.
- Prices (per month): Monthly £299, 3 months £269, 6 months £239, 12 months £209. Scheduling is included.
- Your first invoice is sent within 24 hours of sign-up and is due within 5 days. Your account is set up straight away so you can complete onboarding, and your first batch of posts is delivered on your scheduled date.
- Monthly plans are then invoiced on each delivery date, covering the following month's batch, and are due within 5 days.
- 3, 6 and 12-month plans are invoiced once, up front, for the whole term.
- If you have a discount code, tell us at sign-up and we will apply it when we raise your invoice.
7. If an invoice is not paid
- We prepare each month's posts a few days before your delivery date. If your invoice for that month is unpaid when we start, we do not write or deliver that batch.
- Nothing is deleted. Your account, your intake answers and every post we have already delivered stay exactly as they are, and delivery resumes on your next scheduled date once the invoice is settled.
- If we pause your access, your portal becomes read-only: you keep everything already in it and can still read, copy and export your posts, but you cannot generate new ones until the invoice is settled.
- If an invoice stays unpaid, we may pause your Done-For-You access, which puts your portal into that read-only state. We will always email you before we do.
8. Cancellation
- Monthly plans: tell us before your next invoice is raised, which is your delivery date. Nothing further is invoiced and your last paid batch is still delivered. Once an invoice has been raised it stands for that month, because by then we have set aside the time to write it.
- 3, 6 and 12-month plans: cancellation takes effect at the end of the term you have paid for. You keep everything you have already paid for.
- We do not give partial refunds for a period already in progress.
9. Downgrading to self-serve
You can move from Done-For-You to the standard self-serve MyCopyPal plan. Your account, profile, and content stay with you; you simply stop receiving the done-for-you service and pay the standard plan price.
10. How we store your data
- Your account data is held in our systems under our Privacy Policy.
- If you use scheduling, you authorise LinkedIn once through our scheduling partner. We never receive or store your LinkedIn password, or any other social password. You can revoke the authorisation at any time, which ends our ability to schedule for you.
11. No guarantees
- We do not guarantee any particular reach, engagement, follower growth, leads, or return on investment. Content performance depends on many factors outside our control.
- You are responsible for your LinkedIn account and for complying with LinkedIn's own terms. We are not liable for actions LinkedIn takes on your account.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability connected to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the previous three months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
13. Changes and acceptance
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to you. By ticking "I agree to the Done-For-You terms and conditions" at checkout, you accept these terms.
